History and stories about local buildings, as well as old and new specialities from St Gallen are combined in a walk around town. It will lead you to three different restaurants, where you will hear stories about St Gallen. While enjoying the starters, main course and the dessert, you will be told about former and current St Gallen specialities.
The goal of the Culinarium association is to attract both locals and tourists to regional products and dishes and to raise their awareness of seasonal food. Thus, a connection between food and rural traditions in the region and environmentally-sensitive tourism shall be supported.
