St. Gallen residents use either name for this restaurant, but most of them simply go to the NAZ to eat and they all know that beer plays the main role here! Beer specialist Walter Tobler fosters this old culture, which was mentioned in the monastery plan as early as the 9th century, and even brews his own beer.
