The Schnuggebock was built in late 2000/early 2001 using time-honoured craftsmanship and 200 to 400-year-old wood from several dismantled Appenzell houses. Each room is reconstructed following original designs. Our waitresses spoil you with authentic seasonal dishes from the region, served on original enamel dinnerware. Our speciality is fresh, regional cuisine, but we also enjoy trips into the wide world of culinary delights to satisfy your palate. A Waldegg meal is always a festive occasion.
