On municipal land, the Areal Bach association operates five mobile home sites on behalf of the city of St.Gallen.

There are shopping facilities at the Migros directly at the site. The Bach site is located right next to the St. Fiden train station, so the main train station can be reached in a few minutes by train. There are also excellent bus connections to the market place in the city center. The Areal Bach is a lively interim use with various projects - community gardens, fireplace with picnic area, children's building site, seasonal gastronomy and flea markets.

These pitches are only suitable for self-sufficient vehicles (sanitary inside). The maximum length of stay is 3 days. There is a disposal station for glass, but otherwise there is no waste disposal.
